These terms govern access to and use of The Textile Playbook, a free open-source field guide published by Get Map UG (haftungsbeschränkt). Content is licensed under CC BY-SA 4.0. German law applies.
These Terms & Conditions (hereinafter “Terms”) apply to all use of the website textileplaybook.com (the “Site”) and the content published there (the “Content”).
The Content consists of nine lessons covering textile printing and embroidery techniques, pricing benchmarks, supplier evaluation, and related guidance for the European branded apparel market. All content is provided as-is and free of charge.
All content on the Site is published under the Creative Commons Attribution-ShareAlike 4.0 International (CC BY-SA 4.0) licence, unless otherwise noted. In short:
The Content represents the Publisher's professional assessment of field-tested practice. It is provided for general guidance and does not constitute binding commercial advice for a specific transaction. Readers remain responsible for their own purchasing and production decisions.
The Publisher does not guarantee any particular commercial outcome, price, or financial saving from the use of the Content.
While every effort is made to keep the Content current, prices, supplier availability, and market conditions change. The Publisher reserves the right to update, amend, or expand the Content at any time.
The Publisher is liable without limitation for damages arising from injury to life, body or health caused by negligent or intentional breach of duty by the Publisher or its legal representatives or vicarious agents.

These Terms are governed by the law of the Federal Republic of Germany, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods.
If the user is a merchant (Kaufmann), the exclusive place of jurisdiction for all disputes is Rosenheim, Germany. For consumers, the statutory rules of jurisdiction apply.
The European Commission provides a platform for online dispute resolution at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. The Publisher is not obliged and not willing to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board (Verbraucherschlichtungsstelle) within the meaning of § 36 VSBG.
Should any provision of these Terms be or become invalid or unenforceable in whole or in part, the validity of the remaining provisions shall not be affected.
